Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Miami Concierge Crosby chauffeur bookings, Key West or Florida Keys trips, and local boat trailer hauling reservations unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Standard Cancellation Refunds

100% refund: cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup or service start time.
50% refund: cancel less than 1 hour before pickup, as long as the cancellation is made at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup or service start time.
No-show or under 10 minutes: cancellations made less than 10 minutes before pickup, or customer no-shows, may be non-refundable.

Boat Trailer Hauling

Boat trailer hauling is quote-confirmed before dispatch. If a trailer is unsafe, not roadworthy, improperly registered, has tire/brake issues, does not match stated details, or exceeds safe towing limits, the job may be rescheduled, adjusted, or canceled. Any refund or fee adjustment will depend on dispatch time, inspection time, travel time, and costs already incurred.

Route, Wait Time, and Extra Costs

Tolls, parking, waiting time, overtime, route changes, special stops, cleaning, damage, or unusual logistics may be billed separately or deducted from a refundable amount when applicable.

PayPal Refunds

Payments made through PayPal are refunded through PayPal when eligible. PayPal processing timelines and any PayPal fees are controlled by PayPal.
